Subscription Management​

FLOW AI uses a credit-based subscription system with multiple plan tiers. Your subscription provides monthly or yearly credit allocations that can be used across all AI models and features.

Available Subscription Plans​

Starter Plan

  • 20,000 credits per month ($20/month) or year ($16/month billed annually)
  • Perfect for individual creators and small projects

Professional Plan

  • 80,000 credits per month ($60/month) or year ($48/month billed annually)
  • Ideal for professional creators and growing teams

Enterprise Plan

  • 240,000 credits per month ($180/month) or year ($144/month billed annually)
  • Designed for large teams and high-volume usage

Subscription Management Options​

1. View Subscription Status​

Access your current subscription details including:

  • Plan type and billing cycle
  • Current credit balance
  • Next billing date
  • Subscription status

2. Cancel Subscription​

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Access Billing Portal: Use the customer portal link provided in your account
  2. Cancel Subscription: Follow the guided cancellation process
  3. Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation of the cancellation

Post-Cancellation Details:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Full access to all features continues during this period
  • Existing credits remain available in your account
  • No automatic renewal after the current period expires

3. Upgrade/Downgrade Subscription​

Change your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Unused credits are converted to equivalent credits for the new plan

4. Billing History​

Access your complete billing history including:

  • Invoice downloads (PDF format)
  • Payment history
  • Credit transaction logs
  • Subscription changes

Credit System​

How Credits Work:

  • Credits are consumed based on AI model usage
  • Different models have different credit costs
  • Credits roll over month-to-month within your billing cycle
  • One-time credit purchases are also available

Credit Packages (One-time purchases):

  • 10,000 credits - $10
  • 50,000 credits - $40
  • 100,000 credits - $70

Refund Policy​

General Policy​

All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where FLOW AI approves specific exceptions.

Refund Eligibility​

Refunds may be considered for the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: Unauthorized or accidental duplicate billing
  • Billing Errors: Technical errors in payment processing
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Special situations evaluated at FLOW AI's discretion

Refund Processing​

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
