Team Collaboration
Invite Members
Invite team members to collaborate on your workspace projects. Navigate to workspace settings and click Invite Members to send email invitations with customizable permission levels:
- Owner: Full access to workspace settings and all projects
- Admin: Can manage projects and invite other members
- Editor: Can create and edit projects
- Viewer: Can only view and comment on projects

Member Management
View all workspace members, manage their permissions, and track activity. Remove access for users who no longer need workspace access and monitor team collaboration through the activity log.
Project Management
View All Projects
Access a comprehensive dashboard showing all your workspace projects in grid or list view. Each project displays thumbnails, names, descriptions, last modified dates, and member assignments.
Right-click on any project to access project management options:
- Open: Launch the project in the editor
- Rename: Change the project name
- Duplicate: Create a copy of the project
- Thumbnail: Update the project preview image
- Move to Folder: Organize projects into folders
- Add to Favorites: Mark important projects for quick access
- Make Private: Restrict project visibility to workspace members only
- Delete: Remove the project permanently

Organize projects using folders and favorites for easy categorization. Group related projects into folders and mark important projects as favorites for quick access.
Quick Actions
Create new projects, access templates, and import existing workflows directly from the workspace dashboard. Monitor project statistics, recent activity, and team member contributions in real-time.
